- Project description
Hotel complex: containing two-wing hotel building, garden and parking area for 130 cars. The surface of construction plot has 1.4 ha.
Hotel complex contain: two stars ‘Campanile Hotel’ and one star ‘Premiere Classes Hotel ‘. Both buildings adjoin to each other by common wall. The building is fife stories high. There are reception, conference rooms, bar and restaurant in the ground floor; on the other four stories there are 288 guest rooms.
Scope of work:
Supporting structure design.
Realization:
The main supporting structure is built of reinforced concrete structure (foundation plate, columns, beams, walls, stair cages, lift shafts, slabs (16cm thick). The small roofs of lift shafts and stair cages as well as over the entrance are realized as a steel structure.
Hotel Radisson
- Project description
Hotel complex: containing two-wing hotel building, internal courtyard and the 2-stories underground parking house.
Hotel complex contain: four stars ‘Radisson Hotel’. Both buildings wings adjoin to each other by common wall. The building is seven stories high. There are reception, conference rooms, bar and restaurant in the ground floor; on the other six floors the guest rooms are located.

Realization:
The main supporting structure is built of reinforced concrete elements (foundation plate repose on the grating of bored piles), columns, beams, walls, stair cages, lift shafts, slabs (20cm thick). The small roofs for lift shafts and stair cages as well as over the entrance and roof store are realized as a steel structure.
Hotel Holiday Inn Express

Hotel complex: containing three-wing hotel building, internal courtyard with main entrance and the 2-stories underground parking house.
Hotel complex contain: four stars ‘Holiday Inn Express Hotel’. The building wings adjoin to each other by common wall. The building is six stories high. There are reception, conference rooms, bar and restaurant in the ground floor; on the other five floors the guest rooms are located.

Realization:
The main supporting structure is built of reinforced concrete elements; foundation plate and the sub ground construction of the parking form a rigid case; columns, beams, walls, stair cages, lift shafts and slabs (20cm thick). The small roofs for lift shafts and stair cages as well as over the entrance and the facade suspension construction are realized as a steel structure.

Realization:
Reinforced concrete frame construction and prestressed girder hall (System HAHO). External walls made with sandwich panel. Outside part: entrance roof and advertising rack in steel construction. Part of second floor (office level) in reinforced concrete construction.
