Expansion of existing pigments production facilities: COLEX-Clariant Ltd. in Zgierz.
Scope of work:
Production facilities expansion project of a new production hall, high storage warehouse, industrial laboratories. Extension of the social -office building. The scope of the task: the general designer.
Realizacion:
Inventory of existing facilities and land for development. Multiple (architecture, construction, sanitary, electrical, HVAC, squares and roads) plant expansion project. Design and construction permission; tender design with cost estimates and the organization of the tender for construction.
